Sunday November 10th at 7:30pm

Tickets for the gala at the University Theatre are $40 and are currently available for purchase via the University of Calgary at 403 220-7202, online at http://www.ucalgary.ca/tickets/ or in person at 2940 University Dr, NW.

The gala event takes place at the University of Calgary Theatre on November 10, 2013 and features live performances from some of the best of Canada’s folk community. This year’s gala performance line-up includes Amelia Curran, James Keelaghan & Oscar Lopez, Oh My Darling, The Fretless,Lorne Elliott and duo Christina Smith & Jean Hewson. The gala is hosted, in both official languages, by CBC’s Shelagh Rogers and musician Benoit Bourque (La Bottine Souriante/Le Vent du Nord). The CFMAs will hand out twenty awards throughout the evening.
